Apprentice sign-up and confirmation
Apprentices sign up with their programme, year and host company. Your staff confirm accounts one by one, or all at once with the class list in a spreadsheet.
Your training centre, apprenticeship centres included, creates its own complete network, under its name and in its colours. All its alumni are there, and it knows what becomes of them. Its current apprentices are there too, with its trainers, its administration and its host companies. Everyone in the same place.
“Know what becomes of our alumni and bring all our audiences together in one place.”

The apprentice reports their diploma, your staff confirm it, and they become alumni. They get the graduate badge, join their class group, and their first outcome survey is scheduled for 6 months later.
A trainer asks for a jury, a demonstration, a masterclass or an internship placement. The network suggests alumni from the field who accept this kind of request.
A verified company posts an apprenticeship offer and receives matching profiles, with the reason. Its request to host an apprentice goes to your employer relations team in one tap.
An apprentice under 18 talks only with their approved mentor, in a conversation your team can view. Location sharing and Match open up at 18.
Their protections are on by default and stay on. They only talk with their approved mentor, in a conversation your staff can view. They are only visible to your staff, their mentor and their year group, and stay out of “Around me” and the Match.
The network works without it. Your apprentices keep their status up to date, your staff confirm it, and a class list can be uploaded as a spreadsheet.
You upload your file and everyone receives an email invitation. An imported profile stays invisible until its owner activates their account.
Create your account, choose your style and colours, then open your network.
