Each adult member says what they are looking for right now. Every day, a French AI suggests a short selection of members, introduced by what they do and what they have in common. When both say yes, the connection is made. Professional and friendly connections, never romantic.

Two steps
“I'd like to talk” or “Not now”. A “not now” is never shown to the other person.

When both say yes, the connection is made and a first message is suggested, which can be edited before sending. A meeting idea is suggested: coffee, video call or the next event in the city.

How the selection is made
- Three profiles a day by default, with the selection computed once a day.
- Criteria. Intentions, class year, programme, city, interests, offers, profile similarity.
- Never the name, photo, age, gender or address.
- A French AI, hosted in France, suggests. Each person decides.
Staff and companies
- Institution staff look for speakers, jury members, mentors and host companies, and see apprenticeship offers to pass on.
- Verified companies look for an employee, a business partner or a buyer among members who have agreed to it.
- Conversation opened in the network's messaging after a match.

What are the selection criteria?
What each person is looking for, their class year, programme, city, interests and what they offer. Never their name, photo, age, gender or address.
What does the other person see if I pass?
Nothing. A “not now” is never shown, and a yes only if there is a match.
What about minors?
They have no access to Match. The feature opens when they turn 18, with a message explaining it.
