The institution

The staff area runs the network from the inside.

The staff area sits inside the network, at your institution's address. Your staff decide who joins and how, import lists, create sign-up codes, approve requests, assign roles and launch campaigns.

What you want

“Let our team run the network simply.”

What Nous Campus offers

Importing a class

Staff upload the class list as a spreadsheet. The network flags the rows to fix before anything is sent, then generates personal codes to print.

Request approval

Sign-up requests arrive in a queue. The network flags the ones it already recognises, and staff approve or reject them in one tap.

Company accounts

A company requests an account. Its SIRET number is checked, then the team approves it and the company publishes its offers.

Roles and permissions

Each team member is given a role. The permissions table shows what each role can do.

Try it

Approve a request, create a code with its QR code, open an audience and analyse a list to import.

Everything it can do

4audiences you open one by one, each with its own way in
30 daysto recover your data after an account is deleted

Who joins, and how

  • Four audiences, opened or closed one by one: current members, alumni, staff, partners.
  • For each audience, the access method: code, invitation, approval by the team or institutional email address.
  • Personal single-use codes by group or class year, printed with their QR code.
  • Import a spreadsheet list, with errors flagged before anything is sent.

Approve and support

  • Approval of sign-ups, statuses, companies (SIRET checked) and offers set aside by the automatic check.
  • Suspend or delete an account, with a reason. After deletion, the person receives a link to their data, valid for 30 days.
  • Mentor wall, network newsletter, announcement campaigns and graduate outcome surveys.

Team security

  • Mandatory two-factor authentication for anyone who manages the network.
  • Shorter sessions for the team, whose accounts see more.
  • Viewing a full profile requires a reason. The access is recorded in the access log, which members can view from their account.
  • Full export of the institution's data, restricted to an administrator who confirms their password.

Your questions

Where is the team area?

In the network, at your institution's address. Your team signs in like members do, with two-factor authentication on top.

How much time does it take?

Registrations, reminders, surveys and most checks happen on their own. Staff confirm and decide, in a few taps.

Can several people manage the network?

Yes, as many as you like. Each one has their own role and permissions.
