Each member's data
A member downloads their data as JSON, CSV or an archive with their photos. They can also see the log of team access to their profile.
Field-by-field visibility
Each member chooses who sees each piece of information: everyone, members, their connections or the team only. The rule applies in the directory, the map and search.
End of contract
The institution receives the full export: tables, files and schema. The instance and its backups are then deleted, and the deletion is verified.

- Account deletion applied everywhere: database, search index, files and sessions.
- A log of staff access, viewable from the member's account.
The institution's guarantees
- Encrypted daily backup, kept off the server for 30 days, with a restore test every week.
- Full export at any time, restricted to an administrator with two-factor authentication.
- Limited retention, with a daily purge based on the periods set in your privacy policy.
- Contract, data processing agreement and AI fact sheet provided to each institution.
Everyday precautions
- Passwords stored as hashes, never in plain text.
- GPS location is stripped from uploaded photos.
- The CV read by the AI is never kept.
- Embedded videos in cookie-free mode.
