Each newcomer receives a personal single-use code, printed with a QR code. They create their account and go straight into their class group.
The institution
The network follows each member from sign-up to diploma, and beyond.
Each member joins the network when they arrive and keeps their status throughout their training. When the team confirms their diploma, they move to the alumni side automatically, with their profile, career path and portfolio. Your team confirms, the network does the rest.

Status kept up to date by the member
At key moments (end of year, results, new term), the network asks each member where they stand. They answer in one tap and staff confirm.
Move to alumni
When the team confirms the qualification, for one person or a whole class, the member becomes an alumnus. They receive their badge, join their class group and channel, and their first graduate outcome survey is scheduled.
Turning 18
At 18, adult-only features open automatically. A message explains to the member what changes.
Class board
Staff see each class as in progress, graduated or out of touch. They follow up with those out of touch in one tap.

Arrival

- For minors, protections switched on by default until 18, then lifted automatically.
Moving on to alumni
- Automatic switch once the team confirms the diploma, with the graduate badge.
- Access to their class group and chat room, to Match and to the alumni directory.
- First graduate outcome survey scheduled at 6 months.
- Profile, career and portfolio follow the person, with nothing to re-enter.

Does our student information system need to be connected?
A spreadsheet list is enough to confirm a whole class. Importing from student information systems is also part of the product.
