Each member lists up to fifteen skills on their profile. Members who know them endorse those skills. Badges highlight key moments in their journey, assigned by your team or derived from the profile. The “who can do what” search finds the right people.

Recommend
A former student endorses a skill listed by a member she trained. The endorsement appears right away, and the person can remove it or hide who gave it.
Find who can do it
An apprentice types the name of a technique. The network shows the members who list it, most recommended first.
Badges
The Mentor, Graduate or Trainer badge is assigned by your staff. Based abroad and Entrepreneur are derived from the profile and stay up to date.

Skills

Recommendations
- Only on a skill the person has listed.

- The person can remove a recommendation or hide a recommender.
- Trainers' recommendations on the skills of their former apprentices.
Badges

- Calculated each time the profile is read. Based abroad, Entrepreneur.
- Trainer badge removed when the trainer leaves.
- Each badge can be hidden by its holder.
