They go out automatically 6, 12 and 24 months after graduation, with two reminders at most. Responses are consolidated by diploma.

Are the answers anonymous?
Satisfaction survey answers stay anonymous to staff, who see the summary. For graduate outcomes, only aggregate figures come out.

Do the outcome surveys count for Qualiopi?
Yes. Answers are consolidated by qualification for your indicators (Inserjeunes, Qualiopi) and the France Compétences export.
